The Canada-Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loans program is available to eligible students who have been accepted as full-time (a minimum of 60% of a full course load) students attending Southeast Regional College. Applications are available from the Registrar. Students are required to have a Course Information Form completed by the Registrar and submitted with their application. The loan assessment is completed by the Student Financial Assistance Branch in Regina. Once your application is processed and you receive your certificate of eligibility, please bring it to the registrar's office for signature confirming enrollment.

Part time Student Loan Applications are also available for students who are studying between 20%-59% of a full course load.

The Provincial Training Allowance (PTA) is grant funding to assist with the costs of living for low income adult students enrolled in Basic Education programs. In addition, PTA provides assistance for students in Quick Skills Training of four to eleven weeks for programs not funded by student loans.

The PTA needs assessment guidelines will determine financial need based on income levels. Students are eligible to apply for PTA after acceptance in an approved training program.

Canadian Agricultural Skills Service (CASS) Program is a joint initiative of Saskatchewan Agriculture and Food, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

The goal of the program is to help new and established farm families develop new skills to improve their farm practices and increase family income by means of:

• Training in on-farm skills areas
• Training for alternative, off-farm employment
• Training for alternative business opportunities, both on and off-farm.
