Acceptance Process

At Southeast College we make every attempt to ensure continued support, encouragement and assistance as you navigate through the International Student acceptance process.

Below is a simple step by step process that you can expect once you have submitted your application to become an International Student:

1.Once our One Stop Student Services department has received your application you will receive an email confirmation within two (2) business days.

2.Our One Stop Student Services department will review your application to ensure that all relevant information is received; Students will be contacted directly if additional information is needed.

3.Upon completion of transcript and English Language verifications, student will be sent an Official Letter of Offer to Southeast College via email. Offer will contain all information needed to secure seat in selected program – Tuition deposit details, Canadian Study Permit information, Canadian Work Permit Information, payment schedule.

4.Once Southeast College has received and processed student’s tuition deposit an official Letter of Acceptance will be emailed to student.

5.Confirmation of the students approved Canadian Study Permit needs to be submitted to One Stop Student Services as soon as received.

6.One on One follow up with our International Student Services Advisor will be arranged to discuss and confirm accommodations, class schedule, arrival plans, student supports and expectations and to answer any questions student may have prior to their arrival at Southeast College.
