Customer Service and Engaging the Public
The Customer Service workshop will look at all types of customers and how to serve them better. Learners will realize self-improvement in the process. Participants will be provided a skill set including: in-person and over the phone techniques, dealing with difficult customers, and how to generate return business.
Businesses are finding that they now have additional challenges when serving the public following the pandemic. This course will aim to address some of these issues including social distancing, group numbers and sanitization requirements as they relate to Customer Service.
