Top Employer for Second Consecutive Year
February 13, 2019For the second consecutive year, Southeast College is named as one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers. The Top Employer designation recognizes Saskatchewan employers that lead their respective industries as exceptional places to work.
“We are honored and humbled to be chosen for two consecutive years as one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers,” says Dion McGrath, President and CEO of Southeast College. “We are proud of the culture that we have worked hard to create at the College. Our staff are encouraged to think outside of the box to come up with new and innovative ideas. It is important for us to have an environment that allows our people to have fun, be creative and succeed. When our people are successful, we know our students, stakeholders and College will be successful.”
Employers are evaluated using a variety of criteria and are compared to other organizations in their field to determine who offers the most progressive and forward thinking employee programs.

Saskatchewan’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This year’s list includes thirty top Saskatchewan employers announced in special feature sections in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix as well as the Regina Leader Post on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
