Supervisory Skills
This workshop is designed to give participants advanced tools they will need when placed in a leadership role. Learning objectives include acknowledging the principles of supervisory relationships and practicing ways to effectively manage conflicts.
The Supervisor Skills workshop will also show learners effective practices to develop supervisory skills as well as become a successful delegator in the workplace. With Supervisory skills, the participates will design a guide to maximize their own team’s performance.
