The Communication Strategies workshop will help participants understand the different methods of communication and how to make the most of each of them. These strategies will provide a great benefit for any organization and its employees. This course will address how to mitigate the effects of poor communication during remote work arrangements and adhering to social distancing.
Communication Strategies will provide overview of common communication barriers and focus on listening and asking good questions. The learner will understand non-verbal communication as well as advanced communication skills.
