Media and Public Relations
This workshop is designed to provide practical and hands-on tools that will give participants a skillset in dealing with the media and the public. Workshop participants will gain the knowledge they need to effectively manage their image and value by forming solid networks through strategic communication planning. The public relations workshop will emphasize existing relationships in the learner’s circle and increase the scope of their networks.
Participant outcomes include making a good first impression, the four levels of conversation, and an overview of business communication. Modules also cover topics such as improving web presence and social media as well as crisis communication planning.
